ROMPEX 2012

Our Annual meeting will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Denver International Airport. The show will be conducted from May 18 through the 20th.

The Crowne Plaza has been recently remodeled and has complete dining and convention facilities. A $99 per night show rate is in effect. The hotel also offers a 24 complementary airport shuttle. A number of details remain unsettled at yet, but we expect to hold a Society gathering, including a catered dinner at the Rocky Mountain Philatelic LIbrary. Cost per person is expected to be in the range of $25 to $35 but will include transportation from the show to the venue and return. We also plan a hospitality suite with light refreshemnts.

The Board of Director meeting will be held on Saturday morning at 9AM with the general meeting following immediately after.
